Lorraine has been a Global Account Manager for Marriott International’s Intermediary Sales Team since 2010. She is responsible for total account management for some of Marriott’s key intermediary partner accounts.
Her career in the hospitality industry began with CN Hotels (now Fairmont) in Canada over 35 years ago. Since that time she has enjoyed many varied roles in event sales and service including Corporate Sales for the Renaissance Austin Hotel, Founder of a successful online registration business, citywide event planner, Director of Technology for the Texas Association of Convention and Visitor Bureaus and as a Convention Sales Manager for the Austin Convention & Visitors Bureau.

Lauren is a twenty-year meetings & events industry veteran, who founded REACH Meetings & Events in 2020 and serves as President & Chief Sales Officer for the growing organization with a consulting bent on events management. REACH Meetings & Events offers full-service event management expertise. The company’s services include venue sourcing, meeting and event management, training and incentive programs, executive retreats, event staffing, and travel management.
Lauren has served as an Associate Professor at Collin College in the D/FW area and taught the Introduction to Meetings & Events and Special Event Design courses and has held volunteer positions within the Meeting Professionals International D/FW Chapter as a Board
Member from 2009-2014 and the Society of Incentive Travel Executives from 2017-2021.
She received the honor of being recognized as Rising Star for MPI DFW in 2010 and subsequently served the MPI chapter as President from 2012-2013 and SITE Texas President in 2020. As a career-high honor, the MPI DFW Sales Blitz, which Lauren created, won a
Rise Award for Marketplace Excellence in 2018. Lauren was recognized as one of Connect Marketplace’s Top 40 Under 40 in 2019.

Todd is the Vice President Operations & Experiences of ACCESS Destination Services in Texas. Todd recently attained his Pandemic Meetings & Event Design course certificate which has led to updating ACCESS’ Covid Safe Guidelines and providing valuable consultative direction for their clients. Prior to joining ACCESS in 2018, he managed and led several corporate travel, incentives, and event teams mainly in the Insurance and Financial sector for over two decades.
Todd has also committed his time to volunteer for a industry that has given him so much by writing industry articles and participating in board-level assignments including the Incentive Research Foundation, SITE Texas and FICP, where he served as its national Chairman in 2011.

Melissa Soto is a Meeting Planner with Lennox International and is responsible for planning sales and incentive meetings. Melissa has been in the events & incentive industry for over 15 years. She relocated to Texas 6 years ago from NY with her husband Dave. Their six children are grown and living on their own, 5 in NY.
Melissa joined SITE Texas and has created strong connections that have proven to be invaluable. She was VP of Events on the SITE Texas BOD last year and is proud to also be a part of this year’s Board.

Julie embodies the saying “Not all Who Wander are Lost”. She is a 25 year veteran of the meeting and event industry, working the last 15 years at Brightspot Incentives and Events. She is currently the Director of Strategic Accounts, where she fulfills her passion of sharing the joy of travel with others, by helping her clients design and operate meetings and incentive travel programs around the globe. Prior to Brightspot, Julie worked for Warner Brothers Records. There she managed events and event marketing for big-name entertainers, which ignited her passion for creating engaging and exciting group experiences.
When not working, Julie loves spending time with her husband, 3 grown kids, 2 dogs, and a good glass of Italian wine.

Alexa is based McKinney, Texas (North DFW Area) and represents twelve Caesars Entertainment properties in Las Vegas and Atlantic City. Alexa is responsible for account management and client partnerships in the Texas and Oklahoma area which includes business development, marketing strategies, planning client events and account revenue growth.
After spending most of her career in Las Vegas and then New York, Alexa and her husband Greg, relocated to DFW in 2019. They are proud parents of Kayla (23) and Gregory (24), who are both keeping very busy with graduate school in Las Vegas and Austin. As empty-nesters, Alexa and Greg love to take long walks, spending time with new neighbors and friends, and are both focused on their fitness in 2021. They also enjoy boating, camping and exploring their new home state of Texas.
In her twenty ‘plus’ years of industry experience, Alexa has represented hotel brands such as Hyatt, Station Casinos, Wynn Las Vegas & Encore Resorts, and Hilton Hotels. She has served on numerous committees and boards, as she loves and understands the importance of being involved and giving back to the meetings and events industry.
As VP of Membership, Alexa looks forward engaging with the SITE Texas Members and working with her Membership Committee to roll out several new and exciting initiatives in 2021. A 25+ year hospitality industry professional, Michelle Crosby has held positions with several major hotel chains, 3 top-rated DMCs, and one professional sports team. Michelle recently joined the Brightspot Incentives & Events team as Business Development Manager and currently serves as the Vice President of Marketing for the SITE Texas chapter. Her passion for education and the advancement of others within her field has been the backbone of her career. Michelle has helped lead various study classes, proctored industry association exams, and mentored dozens of sales professionals. When not writing business plans and leading sales teams, you can find Michelle either in the kitchen discovering new recipes or outdoors exploring new nature trails with her husband and dog.

Renée has been involved in corporate event marketing and planning 25+ years developing, planning, and executing highly visible meetings, events, and incentive programs. Renée has both third party and in-house meeting management experience, as well as managing employees within an organization.
Renée was recently with BCD Meetings & Events on assignment for Pfizer. Prior to joining BCD Meetings & Events, Renée worked for LivaNova, USA, Inc. (formally Cyberonics, Inc.) as the Senior Manager, Global Meeting Services, a Houston-based global medical technology company. Renée managed a team that sourced, planned, and executed an average of 900+ healthcare provider (HCP) meetings and events per year. In addition, Renée managed the organizations quarterly and annual sales and employee incentive programs with a focus on proper strategic structure, defined criteria, and well-designed fulfillment programs. Renée was also part owner and the Director of Operations for a Houston-based turn-key third- party meeting management company. Renée has been in the Houston-area since 1990 and is a proud parent of Sarah (22) who is away at college.
Renée was looking for a way to get more involved with SITE Texas and is thrilled to be joining the Board of Directors as the Director of Events.

Kelly has spent the last 3 decades as a Global Experiential Marketing & Sponsorship Strategist, either running her own agency starting back in Sydney Australia producing Large Technology Conferences, Sales Conferences or Global Incentives around that side of the world, to working back in the US for a dynamic global experiential marketing agency as a (contracted) IBM Worldwide Program Strategist for their 2000 global hardware events.
Currently, Kelly is an Independent Account Strategist for the well-established Motivation Excellence Inc. agency out of Chicago, specializing in helping companies with growth through World Class Travel Incentives or data driven Merchandise Performance Award Programs.
With an extensive background of helping her clients fund their events and incentive programs through engaging sponsorships, Kelly is thrilled to be joining the SITE Texas Board as the Director of Sponsorship supporting the vision of Katie Wages, VP of Sponsorship.

Greg joined GlobauxSource in August 2018 after eight years with WorldWide Incentives. Greg has been in the Meetings and Incentive Industry for almost 30 years after stints with Spear One, Sprint, American Airlines and Sabre. Greg has managed meetings and events around the globe and always enjoys seeing the final project coming together in the end. All events are different and that is what keeps Greg coming to work each day!
Greg has been a member of SITE Texas for 12 years and received the Chapter Member of the Year Award in 2016. Greg rejoins the Board of Directors after taking a few years off as he just wants to help the team. He looks forward to serving on the 2021 Board of Directors.

Tracy is a Texas girl. Born in San Antonio to a military officer, she traveled the world with her family and lived in places as far away as Misawa, Japan and Crete, Greece. She graduated from UT and her love for travel led her to the world of hotels. She has worked in a sales role for both Hyatt and Starwood (now Marriott) as well as sales on the DMC side. She was also Director of Business Development for a meeting and event planning company. In her current role, she is Senior Sales Manager at Hotel Emma at the amazing Pearl.
Tracy met her husband, Tony, when they worked together for Hyatt. They are getting ready to celebrate their 21st wedding anniversary. Together they love to travel and their favorite destination is Italy. They are also involved in animal rescue (specifically Golden Retrievers). They have two dogs, Wyatt, a Lab chow mix and Jaxon, a Golden, of course.

Jill has been involved in meetings management for many years, and heads up the Houston office of Attendee Management Inc. AMi provides online registration services, a full range of meeting management, as well as technology development and consulting for meeting professionals of all types. Jill has spent decades in marketing communications roles, including Compaq Computer Corporation where she pioneered the initial Internet marketing communications program and was responsible for managing Compaq.com in the mid-90s.
Jill was quick to get involved with the SITE Texas organization and has served on the Board of Directors for eight years.

Wayne attended the University of Oklahoma on a track scholarship and ultimately
participated in the 1980 US Olympic Trials as part of an exclusive group of 176 marathon
runners that met the standard set to qualify for the trials. Things didn’t go as planned on
race day but the focus and personal effort to get that far remained part of his ethos as he
worked towards other goals.
His history with the industry includes 18 years as a member of SITE, (8 years on the
SITE Texas board of directors including a year as chapter president and his return to
the board as VP Marketing in 2019).
Wayne received a BBA Marketing & Management, University of Oklahoma, 1976; was
awarded the SITE Texas Circle of Honor & Lifetime Achievement Award in 2014; and
recognized in 2018 as one of the Top 40 Over 40 meeting planners by SPIN.

Having spent 17 years in Hawaii working in Sales for Mandarin Oriental and Four Seasons Hotels, Randy now calls Texas home.
While in Hawaii, Randy served as President of the Aloha Chapter of MPI, he was on the MPI U.S. Foundation Board and is looking forward to sharing his skills and knowledge with the Site Texas Members. “Site Texas is Award Winning and One of the Premier Organizations in our Industry. It is a privilege and an honor to work on a board with this incredible group of Industry Leaders.”

Brittney has more than 16 years of meetings and incentive planning experience. She has planned events all across the world for groups as small as 10 people to conferences as large as 30,000 attendees. Before starting Selective Meetings & Incentives she was the Director of Events for a direct selling company in Dallas, TX that executed multiple events a year ranging from regional meetings to international incentives. Prior to her work at the direct selling company, she worked as an Event Manager at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX. While there, Brittney partnered with the North Texas Super Bowl Committee for Super Bowl XLV.
Brittney has been a member of SITE Texas for three years and recently joined the SITE Global Sustainability Committee. Brittney has a passion for sustainability and giving back to the community and looks forward to merging these passions with her work for SITE Texas and the incentive industry.
