PLEASE mute yourself when you’re not speaking. Mute button is in the bottom left corner of the Zoom Screen and looks like a microphone.

Top right-hand corner shows either Gallery View or Speaker View
Click GALLERY VIEW to see everybody (current speaker will have a green bar around their image)
Click SPEAKER VIEW to see the speaker of the moment

Lower left-hand corner is where you can adjust your mic, speakers and camera
Click the up carat ( ^ ) to the right of mute to choose the microphone & speaker
Click the up carat ( ^ ) to the right of Video to choose your camera & video settings … this is where you can choose a virtual background, as well.
