Is your organization weighing options for immediate and future in-person events? Are you considering a hybrid experience? You are not alone. SITE Texas has been working for the past two months to bring an impactful event experience to you during these uncertain times. We have experienced the ups & downs of our ever-changing landscape, adjusted our event plans as the environment has evolved, and fully expect that what we have planned today will likely change prior to July 22nd. We look forward to helping you navigate as we share the lessons our event team has learned along the way.
The event will provide you with a well-rounded view of what events will look like in the immediate future including hearing from the Gaylord Texan and PSAV’s leadership on how they have prepared, trained and transitioned to adapt to the new normal. In addition, you will also hear from industry thought leaders on current trends, how incentives have shifted short-term including results from IRF’s recent study, and what the future may look like as we navigate through these challenging times.
Of course, more details will be posted here as we finalize our plans for #STxTS21.
A very special thank you to our speakers and sponsors who’ve already committed to the 2021 date with us.
